We are looking to recruit a Sales & Merchandising Supervisor who would be responsible for the management and motivation of a merchandising team and who would work alongside the local Sales Representative out in the field.
Area - London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex

To manage a team of merchandisers to include, recruitment, training, accompaniments, back checks, monitoring and collating paperwork, journey planning, briefings, regular communication and organisation for cover of sickness, holidays, leavers etc.
To work alongside the Sales Representative for the area calling on smaller accounts, building relationships with accounts, initial prospecting, set-ups, regular in season calls, returns, stock takes and ordering where applicable.
Experience in a Sales environment. Excellent communication skills. Basic IT skills. Good geographical knowledge of the territory being covered. Qualified car driver. Physically fit. Flexible
Hours of Work
1170 hours per annum. Average 2 days a week with the majority of the hours being worked between January – May due to seasonality.
Salary £13,455 per annum
