IT Support Analyst
I am working with a UK company who are looking for someone with low level server build/installation experience to join a client support team. The role will be to support customers as a first point of contact as well as visiting sites to under take small projects such as server installations.
To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:-
* Previous experience working within a support capacity, ideally from an external client focus.
* Experience of Windows Server builds
* Experience of using WDS/WSUS
* Experience of Powershell, Active Directory, Exchange and Office
* Experience of cloud environments a real advantage
