Do you have a commitment to social housing? Are you qualified and experienced in carrying out surveys in the building and construction industry? If so, this could be the job for you.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high quality services to our customers and maintain our housing stock. You'll be surveying and reporting on the quality of the homes we manage.
You'll need to have at least 5 years experience and be qualified in Surveying (RICS, IOB, HNC or degree level.)
Key responsibilities include:
Completing surveys and inspections on a range of properties, including stock condition surveys, and damp and mould surveys
Options appraisals and report on findings
Liaising with relevant teams across the business
Monitoring works passed to contractors and contributing to contractor review meetings
Updating your findings on the systems we use
Preparing schedules and prioritising work load
