Experienced Facilities Co-Ordinator required on a 3-Month temporary basis in Central London.

Hours Available: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 17:00pm)

Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £14.00 dependant on experience

Purpose of the Role:

To provide a professional, comprehensive and efficient facilities management service to employees and visitors. To use a pro-active and energetic approach to managing the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services to site. To be customer aware and an ambassador of the company to both internal staff and visitors from all levels and backgrounds.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deputise for the Office and Facilities Manager when they are not on site.
• Act as principle day to day customer contact point for all aspects of facilities services delivery.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders – presenting a professional face for all aspects of facilities services delivery.
• Manage all aspects of the delivery of FM suppliers to site including Couriers, Cleaners, Engineers, Caterers etc.
• Liaison with the Building Manager and their representatives to ensure all services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
• Escalating any performance issues via the Office and Facilities Manager.
• Maintaining card access and security keys for the facility including issuing cards and keys, updating access levels, periodic reviews and housekeeping of the system.
• Covering Receptionist duties as required to ensure continuity of cover.
• Developing and maintaining out of hours and emergency call outs and response procedures.
• Liaison with FM suppliers and Contractors on site to ensure their activities are scheduled to avoid unplanned disruption of core business activities and the quality and cost control of their works.
• Carryout regular inspections of the facilities, identify and prioritise any development or remedial works.
• Developing work schedules and obtaining quotations where appropriate.
• Establishing and maintaining tracking systems for work requests reactive and planned maintenance, new works, complaints and resolutions.
• Ensuring facilities records are maintained in an orderly and accessible fashion.
