We are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator to provide support to the Sales Support Team of a successful company located in Kings Hill.
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to anticipate potential problems, excellent communication and numeracy skills and be computer literate.
Key Responsibilities
Booking transport (containers and wholesale distribution)
Relationship building / maintaining
Maintain Haulage matrix
Customs documentation
Claim processing
Rejections/returns
Customer contact
Order taking
Stock control / evaluation / rotation
QC liaison
Invoicing
Incoming and outgoing stock control
Proactive problem solving
Summary of Duties
Maintaining and building customer relationships (face-to-face and via telephone)
Administrative controls (orders / invoicing)
Production team liaison (planning/stocks/storage)
Monday – Friday
£18k per annum
