To lead and motivate a department of up to 10 customer service advisers to ensure that the quality and service required by the company and client is fully realised and achieved.

Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Main function of the role:

To manage the department, key client relationships and internal relationships
Cultivate working relationships with client
Lead and manage a team of customer service advisers
Review team performance
Conduct counselling and individual / team meetings
Carry out appraisals
Identify improvements in service
To ensure effective communication internally / externally
Communitcate any issues to appropriate senior manager
Planning & budgetary control - Run a cost efficient service
Oversee complaint management
Reporting / Projects
Health & safety
Compliance

Interested candidates will have a proven track record of managing and cultivating important client relationships
Experience gained within a service envrionment is important
Excellent team management experience, performance management
Strong communication and analytical skills essential
