SALARY: £10-£12.50phr

About the role:



* The purpose of the role is to book emergency maintenance callouts for a team of Engineers across the South East
* You will be the primary responder to maintenance requests, taking details of the client's issue and allocating the appropriate SLA response time
* Jobs are then logged onto a live tracking system and allocating to an Engineer by postcode



About you:



* You have experience within a telephone or customer service based role, possibly for a helpdesk
* You work well under time pressure and enjoy working as a team to help your colleague meet their own targets
* You are proficient in using MS Office and have ideally had exposure to a CRM too
