The role:
You will be part of Porchlight’s fundraising team, bringing in funds that enable us to continue our life saving work. This will involve:
Developing relationships with existing and prospective funders
Writing compelling, complex and tailored funding proposals
Supporting the team’s individual and corporate philanthropic giving work
Coordinating grants for individuals
Growing our pool of support from small and medium-sized trusts and foundations
You will develop a good knowledge of our wide-ranging services, working closely with various Porchlight teams and translating the information they provide into compelling copy for funders.

What you need:
A minimum of two years’ experience working within a trusts/grants funding professional environment.
A proven track record of successfully applying to charitable trusts/grant making bodies.
