Interpersonnel UK Ltd is a well established recruitment consultancy providing permanent and temporary candidates businesses in the South East. Due to an internal promotion and company expansion, we are currently seeking an employee to support our busy consultants in a joint administrative and sales based role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Recruitment Coordinator/Consultant

Salary: Competitive depending on experience. Generous commission structure.
Pension and Private Healthcare provided.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Negotiable for the right candidate with part time hours and/or 1 day working from home considered.


Aim of the role:
To play a key role in supporting the recruitment consultants and management in order to guarantee the future progression of our organisation.

Duties:

• Using a range of tools to assist consultants with candidate resourcing
• Coordinating with candidates to ascertain their suitability for job roles
• Acknowledging and/or regretting applications
• Arranging registration interviews and emailing confirmation
• Assisting consultants with candidate-client interviews - sending out confirmation, liaising with candidates and clients over the phone
• Account Management and New Business sales calls.
• Compliance Administration
• Database Administration
• First point of contact for incoming calls
• GDPR Administration
• Interpersonnel Website administration and management
• Payroll administration - producing timesheets for temps on a weekly basis, chasing signed timesheets, assisting the payroll department with the processing of weekly payroll.
• Uploading and amending a range of job adverts on to our partner job boards.
• Recruitment/hr administration - requesting references, proof of identification photocopying, DBS administration

Other – any add–hoc duties requested by Management.



PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Confidence in building a strong rapport with potential/existing clients and candidates
• A minimum of 6 months sales experience within an office environment.
• Dynamic, hard working, professional and excellent communication skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Well presented
• A desire to progress further within the recruitment industry.
• Pride in your work output.
