Customer Service Representative
Salary: Starting salary £16,500 - £17,250
(After probation salary rises to £18,750 - £19,125 dependant on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts between:
Monday - Friday 8am-9pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays 9am-4pm
Location: Whitstable, Kent
The Company:
The company are an innovative and entrepreneurial group of companies specialising in Motor Insurance Services who are an Investors in People Gold Champion organisation.
The Job Role:
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and E-contacts coming into the contact centre across the four main business streams. You would be expected to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service while demonstrating a calm, polite and confident telephone manner while adhering to all company procedures.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate a calm and professional attitude
* Ability to listen, identify and resolve customer issues
* Excellent data inputting skills, literacy and numeracy
