Are you an expert in C I S? Do you want to move into a role with room for progresion? You will have experience in using SAGE and be able to work in a small team reporting into the Account Manager. This is an opportunity to join a very sucessful local business on a permanent basis. Interviews will be taking place next Tuesday and Wednesday.

The role would consist of Accounts Reconciliations, VAT Returns, Payroll & PAYE, C I S Expereince required

The Accounts Assistant role will include;

* Post/Allocate monies received in multi-currency accounts on to Xero
* VAT Returns
* Payroll 30 employees
* PAYE
* Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
* Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc
* Process and check timesheets and expenses authorisation and payments systems
* Daily Bank Reconciliation
* Reconcile Invoice Finance account at end of month
* Organising and keeping records up to date
* Credit Control and chasing late payment
* Managing petty cash
* Regularly updating excel spreadsheets to ensure month end procedures can be processed
* Assisting with other finance duties in purchase ledger ie Supplier BACS payments and reconciliation of additional multi-currency bank accounts



Skills required;

* Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
* Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
* Computer literate with an aptitude for numbers
* Experience using Excel and Xero are essential
* Organised and Efficient
* Ability to work under pressure
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles
* Proven record of impacting a growing business



This role will be Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm. This is a great role for anyone who is seeking an opportunity to grow alongside a business for someone who has experience in the above.
