You will be confident, bright and strive for exceptional performance from day one. You will be an advocate for Customer Service & the Paramount brand from day one. You will live & breathe the business and be totally obsessed.

It’s the Customer’s needs that come first in all you do, your obsession to provide a 5-star customer experience will be at the forefront of all you do. Commitment and tenacity will be vital as you manage the entire lettings process from offer to move in, when it comes to closing the deal you will stay cool, calm and collected under any pressure, and guide your clients professionally through the process.
If you’re someone that finds it hard to sit still, don’t worry you will be out and about too, and no two days will be the same for you in generating new business. You will also be at the forefront of our social media campaigns. We are a fast-moving company that offers growth and are industry leaders in embracing new technology.
Take it from someone who knows. Our Head of Lettings Jay Nicholls joined the industry in 2014 as a Trainee Negotiator, in 2019 he now oversees our entire Lettings Department.
