This role is ideal for a practical, hands on individual who can help us grow our machine service and repair arm to the company. You will need to be happy repairing and refurbishing simple cleaning machines, as well as being self-motivated and enthused to earn yourself bonuses by actively promoting the services you offer.

At iVo we're looking for:

A new team member who can has a certain amount of mechanical flair and is happy using it on repairing and servicing cleaning machines for our clients, and who is keen to help us grow this arm of iVo Group.

We have a reputation for giving very good and fast repair service, but this has started to slip recently as the business has increased in size. Our current part-time engineer is leaving the company soon, and we need to move on to provide an excellent service to our customers.
As well as giving a superb level of service for the iVo brand products that we have sold, the role will also help us open up 3 new possible markets - 1) Offering machine service contracts to our clients for machines not in our range, 2) Refurbished equipment market, as our clients often have old machinery that can be purchased cheaply and refurbished for resale, 3) The machine hire market

The role will involve:

• Repairing and Servicing Cleaning Machines
• Marketing and selling our services to existing and new clients
• Helping us open up the hire and refurbished machines market
• Liaise with suppliers to order spare parts and solve machine problems
• Travel in a company vehicle to repair machines, potentially anywhere in the UK, but predominantly in the south half of the country. Probably 70% - 80% of the role will be based at the Rainham office, and the remainder travelling.
• Also fill in for the sales team to carry out demonstration appointments for machine sales, and deliveries and training for some orders.

We’ll need you to be flexible! We’re a small team, but work very well together in a happy atmosphere, and we want to keep it that way!
