Working for a company that specialises in glass products the successful candidate will be required to carry out incoming inspections and process quality control checks with the aim of reducing defects and improving the quality of the finished product.
Duties will involve:
- Support production and manufacturing departments with quality related issues
- Undertake routing quality control checks on all operational lines in accordance with SOP
- Oversee production start up of new products including carrying out product inspections to ensure that the specifications and customer requirements are achieved
Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm (30 minutes lunch break) & Friday 8:30am - 1:00pm total of 38.5 hours.
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 DOE
Previous experience in quality assurance would be an advantage.
