BBA Reman is a fast growing online and direct marketing remanufacturer and retailer, and we are now looking for highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives with confidence who have proven experience working with customers. We specialise in the repair and replacement of electronic automotive parts, with sales and workshop hubs located across Europe and the Americas.
BBA Reman has a very dynamic environment, and every day is different; to succeed in our environment energy and enthusiasm is a must.

Responsibilities:
You will take inbound calls from customers asking for a replacement or repair service for their automotive parts.

• Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers
• Ability to accept coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
• Recommend products that best suit the customer.

Qualifications:
• You must have a background in sales or in customer service.
• Six months experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person.
• Excellent telephone manner and listening skills.
• The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
