We are looking for an Assistant Accounts Manager to join our client in Strood.
You will be proficient in Sage Payroll and Sage 25, have good excel skills and understand CIS payments.
You will be assisting the Accounts Manager whilst carrying out the following day to day duties:
* Sage Payroll for 25 employees;
* Human Resources Personnel Management System;
* Sage Accounts - version 25;
* Overhead Management System;
* Accounts Office procedures;
* BACS payments;
* Inland Revenue reconciliation and CIS reports;
* Company Assets including vehicles, mobile phones etc;
* Job costing company procedures;
* Statutory Duties/Annual returns;
* Insurance/Nominal Ledgers procedures;
* Employment procedures;
* Inland Revenue/Contributions Agency;
* P11D procedures;
* VAT;
* Premises;
* Health and Safety;
* Personnel procedures.
