Maintenance Co ordinator - 20k-25k - London - Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
This full time permanent role would suit you if
You have had experience in liaising with engineers
Generating and complete quotes
Manage engineers - Tracking job progress, assigning jobs, updating jobs, assigning sub-contractor jobs and monitoring progress and filing relevant paperwork.
Request supplier quotes for further works parts
Generate supplier and subcontractor purchase orders
Daily works e.g making asset amendments and scheduling changes
Manage and formalise quote files
Taking delivery of parts and scheduling engineers to fit accordingly
Book/ Arrange engineers annual leave & sickness
Add time sheets and expenses
Plan upcoming maintenance for future months looking @ available hours and resources
Signing off supplier invoices
Liaising with supervisor
