Customer Service Advisor
£9/hour
My client is looking for a hardworking and reliable customer service advisor to join them on a full time basis for at least 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent placement.
Duties include:
* Dealing with customer queries by phone & email
* Providing a high level of customer service to ensure customers' orders are processed and received within specified time frames
* Creation of quotes, sale orders, purchase orders and invoices - Sage 50
* Managing of stock (Excel) and ordering products needed from other suppliers
* Providing sales and administrative support to support the sales team and director
* Adding and updating new contacts to database - Sage CRM
* Organising and liaising with carriers including daily booking in of collections
* Any other ad-hoc office duties as and when required by the office manager
The Customer Service Advisor will have/be:
* Strong and solid customer service experience
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Reliable and hardworking
* Pro-active
* Enthusiastic
* Educated to a good standard
* Able to commit to the full temporary assignment.
