Our client is based on the outskirts of Sevenoaks and is looking for a new team member to help with their busy workload.
You will need to be polite, positive and have a strong telephone manner
Attention to detail is crucial within this role, as you will be responsible for gathering important information from potential customers.
Tasks will include:
• Taking sales enquiries and gathering all client information correctly from the outset
• Inputting this data into client management software
• Producing quotations and ensuring these are well presented to the client
• Following up on quotations to ensure it has been received by the client
• Processing sales orders
• Managing the sales process
