Your new role
As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting the budget holders to measure, analyse and improve performance against the key indicators across the trust. You will help provide guidance, challenge and support the Trusts principals and senior budget managers through the annual budget setting process to assist in optimising efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you will need to be a minimum off AAT qualified and preferred CIMA Part Qualified. You will also need a proven track record and experience of management accounting and reporting experience to senior budget holders, a thorough experience of tax legislation and company and charity law. Finally the ability to drive and access to your own car is essential as this role will require some travel to Hastings.
