We are looking for a Facilities Administrator in the Sevenoaks area for a permanent opportunity to start immediately.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Facilities Administrator on behalf of our well established market leading client based in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Responsibilities

* Reporting into the Facilities Manager and providing support to the Facilities team.
* Identifying areas in the office that need maintenance, improvement and attention.
* Ensure that constant delivery is met against the facilities team requirement's by coordinating and managing processes.
* Take responsibility for ensuring that high standards of delivery are met.



Skills

* Strong experiences gained from a facilities administration role.
* Good attention to detail.
* Communicates effectively with colleagues.
* Loves to solve problems and bring new ideas to the table.
* Enjoys seeing projects through to completion
* Shows initiative and ability work in a stand alone role.
