Personal Lines Account Handler - Orpington - £20 - 25k
Our client is currently recruiting a Personal Lines Account Handler to join their team based in Orpington.
Main responsibilities:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls for new and existing clients
* Policy administration, manual processing, updating insurer portals and maintaining in-house systems
* Assisting Personal Lines Account Executives with Sales and Renewals
* Mid-term adjustments and general administration
* Assisting with credit control for clients
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 -2 years insurance/broker experience
* Knowledge of personal lines, policies and products
* Cert CII qualified or working towards qualification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional and business-like approach
* Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
