Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Offices are based in Bromley
My client is a well-established organisation, currently recruiting for an enthusiastic & highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
The role will require excellent Customer Service skills. You will also be organised and have the ability to process all incoming post, emails & telephone calls.
Skills required for this role are listed below:
* Experience gained in a Customer Service/ Call Centre environment
* Excellent client care skills
* Professional, friendly and a helpful telephone manner
* Able to demonstrate good attention to detail
* The ability to work well on your own, as well as part of a team
* Ability to identify issues which arise, and resolve them as quickly as possible.
* Liaise and communicate effectively with other teams and departments
* Computer literate, which experience on the Microsoft package and Email
* Have a positive and 'can do' approach to work
