Our client is looking for an additional Supervisory Nursery Practitioner due to expansion of their busy nursery. The role is to provide quality care and education for children.
You will be responsible for caring for children, supervising other staff members, organising policies for the nursery, considering ideas and strategy, implementing activity programmes, ensuring a safe environment, ensuring learning objectives are met, record development, maintaining confidentiality, preparing food and snacks, attending meetings and undertaking other duties as required.
You will need to have achieved a Level 3 qualification or above, have a good track record of childcare, have good team leadership ability and excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
