Moove Lubricants is a leading provider of automotive fluids, oils and chemicals for passenger cars throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
Due to our expansion we are looking for you to join our European Finance team as a Finance Operations Manager at our European Head Office in Gravesend.


Your role…………..

Over the last few years Moove has seen a period of tremendous growth across Europe. Through acquisition and development we have brought together several organisations.

Your role will be in the shared service function for Europe. You will be aligning processes and ensuring everything is consistent across Europe. You will be reviewing and improving processes.

On a day to day basis you will be overseeing our payables, receivable, credit and indirect procurement teams ensuring compliance and controls are being adhered to. Managing policies for payables, receivables, debt and acting as the centre of excellence, ensuring everything is aligned through out our European offices.


Skills required:

• Degree educated
• Finance experience ideally in a similar role
• Strong Influencing skills
• Demonstratable experience in changing/improving processes
• Embraces change

Previous management skills are not necessary but a desire to progress your career and want to manage is.
