A part time position is sought for a suitable candidate to join our vibrant Children’s Play Surface and Equipment Company. Our well established family run business is based on the outskirts of Canterbury in a small business park with rural views, free parking, and easy access to Canterbury.
The role would suit a candidate looking for flexible working hours 3 – 4 days per week totalling approximately 12 - 16 hours.
Working as part of a small friendly team, and in conjunction with the company’s accountant, the successful candidate’s role would include processing all sales and purchase ledger invoices, reconciliation of bank accounts, completing VAT returns, managing CIS submissions and payments, and processing staff payroll and expenses.
Although training will be provided useful skills would include:
Good Level of Computer Knowledge
Competency in Microsoft programs
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Good knowledge of Book Keeping
