Support Engineer

Our client is a Managed Services Provider based in Rochester. Due to growth they are now looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer to join their team. The 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer will primarily be responsible for 2nd-Line technical support for their clients and will be expected to visit client premises to provide on-site support when required.

Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)
Candidate must pass enhanced DBS check

Microsoft Professional Certification
Experience of ConnectWise
Experience in management of cloud solutions, particularly Office 365
Experience supporting Apple Macs
Personal Attributes:

Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
