Due to their continued expansion, my client is looking to recruit for 2 Software Support Advisors.
The client is a market leader, with a very big presence in the UK and US. They operate in brand new, modern offices in the centre of Gillingham.
The role of Software Support Advisor will be responsible for proving timely and accurate solutions to queries from internal and external customers.
Other responsibilities include:
To advise on correct use of software
Insure customers are kept up to date on progress
To identify and escalate issues
Keep client files updated
Work towards company KPI's
We are looking for candidates who come from a support background, who find it easy to resolve issues and are able to give clear instructions to clients.
You will also need to be:
A strong communicator
Easily pick up technical language
The ability to prioritise and multi-task
Excellent customer service experience.
