Our client, a leading Estate Agency across Kent, located in Canterbury, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.

Working 5 days a week, including Saturdays. You'll work 2 in 3 Saturdays. This role will be paying £20K-£22K Basic (OTE £35K) Per Annum and will include other excellent benefits such as a Company Car or Car Allowance, Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, and an Employee Assistance Scheme.



Duties & Responsibilities

* "Helping" our customers make their dream move.
* Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.
* Working towards set targets.
* Deputising for Branch Manager as necessary, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
* Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations.
* Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring we "out-passion" our competition and our clients receive the best possible service.

Person Specification

* Full UK Driving Licence
* A proven success in property valuations and the desire to be the best
* Willing to build on your skills and develop your career
* You'll have truly exceptional customer service
* The ideal trainee will be naturally professional, organised and have a great work ethic.
* You'll be able to think on your feet and be flexible.
* A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.
