Design and Social Media Executive

(Fixed Term Contract - 6 months)

£20,000 - £22,000 Pro Rata



This new and exciting role has just become available. Working for a very well known brand in the Maidstone area, you will be expected to stay for a minimum of 6 months as their Design & Social Media Executive.

A full clean driving license and access to a car are absolutely essential due to the location of the role.



Main responsibilities:

* To be responsible for preparation and generation of social media messages across on-line platforms.
* To manage all social media channels and plan campaigns in line with overall strategic marketing plan.
* To create highly engaging content that drives the brand and engages customers, interact with fans/followers on a daily basis and monitor campaign success.
* To monitor and evaluate all social media channels preparing detailed analytics for measurement of effectiveness.
* To attend various events for 'Facebook Live' purposes and general social media coverage.
* To be proficient and experienced in 'InDesign' to produce print related publications, ensuring brand message and style are consistent. These may include for example, leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, sponsorship packs, business cards, signage, quarterly internal newsletters etc.
* To maintain and monitor promotions/competitions.
* To administer partnership schemes and maximise opportunities.
* To provide general support as part of the marketing team.

Key skills required:

* Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably Access & InDesign.
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* Ability to act on own initiative
* Good liaison with other members of staff
