Careers and Employability Manager

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.

Salary: Tier 2 - £34,083 to £35,500 per annum

Location: The role is based at the Dartford campus, but the nature of the work will require travel to any of the College sites as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Careers Manager to lead our careers team. You will be responsible for the provision and development of the College careers information and guidance offer. Working proactively with Learners, Managers and staff you will ensure a high quality, responsive service is provided to all potential and enrolled students across the College sites.

Using your highly effective personal communication skills you will sell the Careers offer at all levels and be able to proactively manage and achieve targets set for user satisfaction and responsiveness.
