If you are an experienced HR Advisor/Officer who can provide comprehensive support to a fast paced and growing business then this is a great opportunity for you. This role will be busy and varied where your HR expertise will be utilised to its full capacity.

Our client based in East Kent have seen significant growth in recent years this company has ambitious plans and as the HR Officer you will play a key role in the achievement of these plans. Whilst you will be primarily be based in East Kent a degree of flexibility is required as you may have to travel to the sister site in Crawley on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities

* Advising and coaching managers on issues related to employee relations, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management and learning and development
* Managing recruitment for the business, dealing with the on boarding process, contracts, new starter information and managing the induction process
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR Systems, procedures and practises
* Ensuring consistent training for all team managers and providing data to the senior leadership team on turnover
* Working closely with the senior team on any employee engagement, improvement projects and leading on the delivery of those.

Experience, skills & Qualifications

* Strong HR generalist, with proven experience within ER
* CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or above or Qualified by Experience
* Experience of TUPE and Change Management highly desirable
* Previous experience at HR Advisor level
* Independent , self-motivated and organised
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise own workload and have good attention to detail.
