Premier Work Support currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning and Clearing Driver Operative to join our clients clearance team on a temporary basis, although this could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Your duties will include carrying out and undertaking specific and general tasks to provide a good quality of cleaning and clearance to our client's properties, removal of household materials and furnishing as part of property re-let service, cleaning of the properties to the required client specification. You will also be responsible for completing all necessary paper work and PDA information to ensure an accurate representation of performance is provided.
You will be working as part of a team to reach targets, therefore you must be able communicate effectively and professionally with all persons.
You need to have a clean and current driving licence as, should you be successful in obtaining a permanent position, you will be driving the company vehicle.
Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided.
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week on shift patterns with hourly pay at £8.21 which increases after a successful 13 week period to £9.24 per hour.
