Are you a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager seeking a new opportunity? Do you genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers and working in a target driven environment?
We are looking for ambitious candidates for a business supplies company in newly refurbished offices in Tunbridge Wells. You will be part of a small, growing team that works hard and plays hard!
You will manage your own database of business customers and focus on building trust and customer loyalty.
Other duties of the role include:
- Outbound calls to existing and new customers to maximise order value and generate repeat business
- Seeking cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Analysing sales reports to spot trends and develop new business
- Assisting customers with orders and helping with any issues
- Building relationships with potential new customers and developing new business through cold calls.
- Receiving inbound sales calls and processing orders.
In this business, everyone pitches in to lend a hand, so a flexible can-do attitude is a must. This role would suit someone looking for a role that offers progression and training opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience of B2B sales
- Experience in a target driven environment and achieving KPIs
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An organised and structured approach to tasks
- Solid IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook
