Internal Sales Executive
£20K-£25K + incentives
A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Telemarketing professional to join my client based in Staplehurst, working 40 hours per week.
The purpose of this role is to contribute in generating sales and closing sales orders for the company.
* Taking incoming calls from potential clients
* Answering various questions regarding the product or company
* Contacting potential and existing clients to explain new products or services
* Processing sales order accurately
* Handling complaints and grievances confidently and calmly
* Keeping record of calls, sales and any other information needed
* Providing potential opportunities to the field sales team
The right candidate will have/be:
* Strong previous experience as either a telesales candidate or another sales position
* A proven record of meeting sales targets
* The ability to pick up knowledge about products and services easily
* Strong communication skills, especially over the telephone
* Educated to A Level standard
* The ability to handle rejection well
* A good knowledge of relevant computer programs
