Order Processor / Administrator- Biggin Hill - Up to £17,000
This role is with an exciting business that offers their customers a large variety of experience days. The role is to liaise with customers via the live chat portal providing them with advise and processing their orders.
Duties include:
* Processing orders on the in house system
* Producing and dispatching vouchers
* Liaison with customers predominately via live chat, also by telephone
* Liaison with suppliers to check availability
Skills Required:
* Excellent spelling and grammar skills
* Top verbal and written communication skills
* Multitasking skills
* Strong computer skills with good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
