New Business Account Handler

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has an exciting role for a New Business Account handler for an extremely well respected, professional broking Group, working in their Kent office

Duties will include:- helping to generate new leads and progress existing sources of business, converting leads generated ensuring the clients’ needs are fully represented and hitting/exceeding individual and team targets for income, conversion rates and lead generation.

Candidates need to have excellent communication skill and be confident liaising with clients over the phone in negotiations. You will need to have Insurance experience, ideally within residential, HNW or property related business and a good level of education. As a New Business Account Handler, you will be exposed to studying the CII and this will be fully supported and developed by the client at their expense.

This company offers a monthly commission scheme, a very generous benefits package and will fully support you with your professional CII insurance studies.
