A Head Chef is required for one of Thanet's premier venues; hosting conferences, weddings, and parties.
Specific requirement for 31st July to 10th August inclusive to support at a busy time. Working to a rota you will be required to work full-time covering shifts between 8am-11pm.
Usual Head Chef duties to include controlling and directing the food preparation process. Approving and "polishing" dishes before they reach the customer.
Further work here could be available or indeed at other catering clients we support.
