Based at: Romney Marsh Visitor Centre

The Job: the post holder will play a key role supporting the Visitor Centre Manager in delivering our Visitor Experience strategy. This involves working hands-on in both the visitor centre and the nature park. The Visitor Centre offer has grown significantly over the past three years acting as Romney Marsh’s tourist information centre and as a community hub, showcasing the best of the Marsh’s creative and entrepreneurial talent.

You: will have a flair for wildlife gardening, balanced with the ability to run day-to-day operations within a visitor centre and café. You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy meeting sales targets. A great communicator, you’ll value the opportunity to lead a team of volunteers with the ability to enthuse, encourage and retain their skills.
