The role: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day running of Porchlight’s head office. This will include co-ordinating facilities and essential services, health & safety requirements and managing a receptionist / administrative assistant to develop an exemplary reception and administrative support team.

You will also support Porchlight’s senior management team and other head office departments with administrative tasks such as minute taking, diary management and updating records on our internal databases.

This role requires:

Experience of working in a busy office environment
Experience of managing or supervising staff
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
