This job role is built within a team of 15 staff, and is one where you will be able to make a difference. You'll need to be seriously driven and passionate, with an unstoppable desire for sales. A written and verbal knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage.
Currently our products are largely sold into the Superyacht building industry, although we are looking to develop other industries too. Largely, our customers are based in Europe so some time will be spent there meeting them.
Sales growth in the company year to date is 246% on last year, and we have ambitious but realistic plans to continue growing the company.
Activities will include the following;
1. Managing current accounts and developing them through regular contact including regular face to face meetings
2. Growing new accounts with a key focus on face to face meetings and phonecalls, including Skype / Zoom etc as applicable
3. Maximizing sales and gross profit in all customer accounts
4. Developing and adding new products to the range to increase our overall scope of appeal to customers
5. Creating a sales plan of targets, activities & closes every month
6. Developing opportunities in other industries
Vehicle will be provided, commission scheme available.
