ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Required for two growing small businesses who are excelling in their different industries
Snowy’s Canine Therapy Centre and Entire Insight have a vacancy, for an accounts/administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Smarden, Kent.
Snowy’s Canine Therapy Centre is a leading rehabilitation centre for Canines
Entire Insight supply pneumatics and automation solutions to manufacturers in the UK and abroad.
This position holds a very varied role, that would suit someone with the ability to adapt to various tasks
The Ideal candidate requirements are:
• Knowledge/understanding of Accounts - including sales and purchase ledger
• Experience using Sage 50 accounts is advantageous
• Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Good Customer Service background and a can-do, helpful attitude
• Flexible Approach to Work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 4pm, Friday 10.00am to 3pm
• Salary will be dependent on experience
A tolerance of dog’s is needed for this role as they are present in and out of the office during the working day
Full UK driving licence and own transport essential (we are a rural business)
