BASIC SALARY UP TO £24K + £60K FIRST YEARS OTE (ALSO THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK SELF EMPLOYED IF PREFERRED)

My client is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their successful team. You will need to be CeMap qualified or hold a similar industry qualification to be considered and have competent advisor status.

Duties Include:

Generating referrals
Preparation for future appointments
Identifying clients’ needs and requirements
Offering compliant advice and products
Gaining trust and business from prospective clients
Offer outstanding customer service
Information gathering
Generating new business and attracting new customers

Requirements:

You will be well presented and organised with good IT skills
You will need a full UK driving licence
You will need a CeMap qualification or equivalent
Be able to work under your own initiative
You will be highly customer service driven
Ability to self-motivate and set your own goals
Lots of energy, enthusiasm and able to multi-task under pressure
Experience in property industry preferred
