Customer Experience & Stock Teams Member

My client are looking for a person to support their customer experience team within day to day support of their customer base and the incoming support queries that they receive to support their accounts.

This will involve answering and making calls to customers, dealing with and resolving their queries and working within a team. From time to time, separate projects will also arise that this role would require someone to assist with.

In addition my client is looking for someone who can assist their stock team in organising, processing and despatching devices to our customers as well as grading returned stock from their customers.

Responsibilities

Taking incoming calls and dealing with any queries that arise
Taking emails from the support inbox and completing
Updating company systems with progress in each task that is completed
Working as part of team to help those team members when required
Take on side projects to assist with management & stock colleagues
Liaise with management on any escalations that need to be made and providing constant updates
Use grading software for devices that are returned and reporting on this
Arranging repairs and sales orders when they are requested by customers
Help run reports on stock levels
Skills required

Confident with taking calls and building rapport with clients
Dealing with some clients face to face
Can handle pressure
Empathy towards clients
Calm and patient manner when dealing with customers and internally.
Professionalism with customers, team and management
Drive to improve processes
Highly organised
Good attention for detail
Driving licence
Negotiable basic salary
