Agile Business Analyst - IT Projects - Maidstone - Up to £45,000 - July Start

My client is currently looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join their IT and Business Change team to assist with the delivery of new IT solutions across the organisation.

As part of the IT and Business Change Team, you will be responsible for multiple projects which covers Information Technology, bespoke and non bespoke applications and IT Business Change.

You will be involved with the full project life cycle from inception through to implementation, gathering requirements to producing detailed process maps and delivering functional and non-functional specifications.

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst working in a large IT environment on multiple projects
* Proven experience working in an Agile environment
* Previous experience with procurement, process re-engineering and UAT testing
* Strong stakeholder management experience
* Experience working to Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Workflow Analysis
* Business Process Modelling
* Capturing both functional and technical requirements.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus groups to elicit requirements.
* Excellent mediation skills, particularly when dealing with conflicting views
