Based in Central Gravesend, our client is looking for an experienced Administrator who is happy covering a Reception area and being the first point of contact over the telephone.
You will be responsible for handling the calls that come into then office and handling these in a professional and courteous manner. You will meet and greet visitors to the office and issue them with the relevant security passes.
As well as this there will be various Administrative tasks that you will be required to carry out. These will include setting up meetings and attending them, processing information into the IT systems, making external calls and supporting the team in any way they require.
You need to be a confident outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and be fully IT literate.
The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, there may be occasions that you need to cover and office in Sittingbourne so your own transport is essential.
