Customer Service Administrator (Temp) Maidstone

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for resolving a range of customer queries.
To excel in this role you will genuinely enjoy customer service, be an instinctive communicator, and thrive on identifying opportunities to help your customers find the right solutions to meet their current and future needs.
Your duties in this Customer Service role will include -
* Dealing with customers
* Listening to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs, and providing the right solution to meet those needs
* Amending customer accounts
* Provide administrative support
* Providing excellent service, going above and beyond customer's expectations on every single call
* Handling customer complaints
* Working to agreed company targets
