We are a busy and expanding firm of chartered accountants with three offices in Kent looking for an office administrator in our Maidstone office. The position would suit a well organised and well-presented individual with excellent timekeeping.

Essential, is your willingness to learn on the job as well as having an excellent, confident telephone manner and the capabilities to work well independently and as part of a team.

Reception duties which will include :

- greeting clients who have appointments etc.
- Answering the phone
- Scanning of post, opening and sorting the mail.
- New client sign-ups:
- Chasing client paperwork and records
- Getting information from HMRC online.
- Ensuring client records are returned safely.
- Any other ad hoc tasks and covering other admin duties when needed including scanning, photocopying etc.
- Helping the payroll manager as required to process the payrolls within our client base.

Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you develop your career.

Salary will be dependent on the level of your experience.
