Parts Administrator- Larkfield- £18,500-£19,500
Benefits: Long Term career- salary reviews, 28 days annual leave
Hours: M-F 7am-5pm or 6am-4pm and every other Saturday (4hours)
Joining an experienced team, as the Parts Administrator you will learn the role for the bottom upwards and be offered plenty of opportunity to progress within this extremely supportive and social company.
Duties will include:
* Processing paperwork for parts orders to be sent out on vehicles by 8.30am 10-25/day
* Check paperwork and give to drivers for deliveries
* Invoice clients for parts- 3-4 invoices per day with up to 200 different parts on each invoice
* supporting the parts team with client enquiries
The perfect candidate for this role:
* Seeking a chance to learn and develop in their first office role
* Strong knowledge of Excel
* Great interpersonal skills- can communicate well with customers and team
