An exciting new position has become available for a Administrator/Receptionist for a client based in Medway!
We are looking for a friendly, professional person to join our client, who specialise within the Construction industry.
The successful applicant will be acting front of house, meeting & greeting clients along with administrative duties such as:
* Receiving and dealing with incoming calls and emails
* Secretarial support to office staff members
* Sending quotation requests and preparing material's and stationery orders
* Chasing and following up on any outstanding invoices and documenting information
* Receiving and checking order acknowledgements against order placed
* Liaising with the suppliers
* Updating the projects job schedule monthly.
The ideal candidate should have experience within the following:
* Previous office experience is essential
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
* Proficiency in MS Office package: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Reliable, organised, enthusiastic and professional
Hours Monday - Friday 8-5pm
On site parking
Pension & company holiday allowance
